Resolving complaints
The passenger has the right to complain about the unfulfilled contracted service. The passenger is obliged to act in good faith and show the intention to resolve the complaint during the trip, and is obliged to send his written complaint to the service provider on the spot (reception, transporter, restaurateur) and request written confirmation from the service provider that he has received the complaint. Each passenger - holder of the contract, is obliged to file a complaint individually.
WILDCRO is obliged to provide a written response to the complaint within 15 days of receipt of the complaint in the manner in which the complaint was received (by e-mail, mail or personal delivery).
